EXDesign Learning Labs
Shift your mindset and deepen your competency and your confidence in the core activities of employee experience design through hands-on, learn-by-doing environments. Our immersive labs (Essentials and Intensives) provide opportunities to practice human-centered mindsets and behaviors and experiment with design methods and tools while tackling real-world challenges in a collaborative, playful atmosphere. Private cohorts are available now, and public cohorts will be launching soon.
Join us for our EXDesign Essentials Lab, an immersive and introductory overview of employee experience and human-centered mindset and design approaches. Through hands-on activities and expert instruction, you'll learn how to apply common design methods and visual tools to better empathize with your audience, identify and frame the right problems, generate ideas, create prototypes, and test your concepts. By mastering these skills, you'll be better equipped to create experiences that drive employee satisfaction and engagement, boost productivity, and ultimately deliver business success.

EXDesign Intensive Labs
If you're ready to take a deeper dive into core design activities, our EXDesign Intensive Labs are the perfect fit for aspiring employe experience design practitioners. These labs offer immersive learning experiences that go beyond the basics covered in our Essentials Lab or equivalent program, which is a prerequisite for participation. By completing an EXDesign Intensive Lab, you'll gain the skills and confidence needed to tackle more complex design challenges and deliver experiences that exceed expectations.
