The Impact

Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders arrived at a shared vision of the ultimate learning experience. The Learning function received business case approval for a significant investment which will fund the first phase of the new learner experience leveraging a new learning management platform and and enterprise-wide effort to organize people, infrastructure and communications for the new learner experience provisioning. The organization is currently experimenting with the new learning platform.
