The Challenge


Create an experience strategy inclusive of a portfolio of services, products and events that will deliver a meaningful experience for a diverse, global populuation of alumni and produce business value. Build a business case to win over senior executives and secure investment for the design and implementation of future stages of the program.

The Solution

A signature alumni community experience strategy complete with six alumni archetypes, a comprehensive understanding and reframe of user needs states. A vision story casting the desired future state experience, a business case, a detailed implementation roadmap outlining strategic, experience and operational activities, and a program operating model. Visualizations of four future service, product and event offering concepts.

The Outcome

Global C-Suite endorsement and support of the proposed alumni experience strategy. Approval of a significant financial investment to experiment with creating a Minimum Viable Experience (MVE) prototype. The organization is currenty in the planning stages of the MVE launch leveraging an innovative platform.
