A vision story casting the desired future state experience, a business case, a detailed implementation roadmap outlining strategic, experience and operational activities, and a program operating model. Global C-Suite endorsement and support of the proposed alumni experience strategy. Approval of a significant financial investment to experiment with creating a Minimum Viable Experience (MVE) prototype. The organization is currenty in the planning stages of the MVE launch leveraging an innovative platform.
