In this learn-by-doing workshop, we help leaders and their teams understand their roles in influencing positive human-to-human interactions and experiences. We then  facilitate the execution of a people-centered, creative problem-solving approach to equip them to co-create solutions that lead to better experiences with and for each other via a real world challenge.
